  Tonight wait staff was completely incompetent. It took about 30 minutes to be seated, another group was waiting before us and who knows how long they waited too. Tonight was not even close to being busy. Our waiter or the kitchen, managed to mess up our orders several times. First, our chicken fried steak breakfast combo was mistaken for a breakfast platter and as a to go order instead of in house. We corrected this to have a in house chicken fried steak, but instead they also made this a to go order. Second they informed me that they did not have the crispy chicken patty for my Spicy Chicken ranch sandwich. I said a grilled Patty was fine. Our burgers arrived and I got instead a simple grilled chicken sandwich, and my red and green pepper ingredients were in my boyfriend's burger instead of mine. The manager finally came to correct this, take our correct orders, and apologized and gave a 20% discount for our next Ihop order. We went in at about 12:20 or so, and ending up leaving at 2:10. About two hours and most of it was spent waiting.

  This is one of my go to places for sit down eating in town. It simultaneously has both a relaxed and boisterous atmosphere, making for a great experience. The addition of being able to order breakfast or dinner at any time of day makes you feel like a kid in a candy shop. I've never had to wait long for for here, and the staff are very nice.

  Our food came out quickly, and the service was good. My BLT had overcooked, but cold, bacon. I ordered the jr chicken and waffles for my toddler expecting it to at least resemble the picture. The chicken was basically a long skinny nugget, not a chicken strip. I tried a bite and apologized to my son for making him eat it. The waffle was not even warm, and it was very dry. I don't eat at IHOP often, and this trip just reminded me why.

  Today was not the day. Usually the service sucks but the food is acceptable. Eggs and hash browns undercooked, pancakes ice cold felt like they were thawed. Only think slightly not Luke warm was the sausage and barely just. The staff here always looks overwhelmed. Every single time.
